  • Deca Durabolin and Testosterone. This is a classic for bodybuilders. It’s definitely the best for bulking, making it a popular choice for those who want to gain muscle that way. Testosterone doses should always be higher than Deca ones. For example, someone using 300-500mg of Deca would use 400-600mg of testosterone.
  • Deca Durabolin and Dianabol. This combo is used for substantial gains. Dianabol kickstarts the gains and Deca sustains that muscle mass overtime. For a Deca dosage of 300-400mg, there should be a Dianabol dose of 20-30mg for the first 4 weeks and nothing further than that. There should also be a testosterone base as well, with the same proportions as stated before.
  • Deca Durabolin and Anadrol. This is another effective combo for bulking. Anadrol kickstarts the bulking while Deca Durabolin maintains the gains, along with testosterone. A normal stack involved 300-400mg of Deca Durabolin a week, 400-500mg of testosterone, and 50-100mg of Anadrol for the first 4 weeks.
